If you have been given a gift card, you must bring it with you at the time of your appointment. Gift cards are valid for six months from date of purchase. |

If you are a new spa client, it is important for you to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to give you time to change clothes, fill out some information, and most importantly, to relax and not feel rushed. New tanning clients, or new hair salon clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early.

Since some services require the use of oil or clay, you may want to schedule a shampoo and style following your service. |

Your comfort is very important. As you enter the massage room, you will feel your mind and body relax. Please be assured that only the area of your body being massaged will be uncovered. Private areas of your body are always covered and never massaged. Though you are covered at all times, you should wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. |
